- Ensure effective communication between boutiques and agencies for service provisions such as hostesses and valet services, including monthly invoice and budget management.
- Oversee projects aimed at optimizing client wait times and appointment systems, supporting deployment in targeted boutiques.
- Participate in the management of client call handling projects for Parisian boutiques and the launch of the Southern hub.
- Monitor the adoption and performance of various digital projects within boutiques.
- Coordinate client complaints between French and Monaco boutiques and the European Customer Service and After-Sales Service teams.
- Track after-sales service competency data for boutique after-sales service staff.
- Analyze results from Mystery Shopper visits for the French fashion network and report findings to boutiques.
- Conduct competitive analysis on services offered by competitor boutiques and other retail concepts through store visits, internet, and social media monitoring.
- Maintain updated contact details and opening hours for boutiques.
- Assist in the preparation of various presentations.
- Degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
- Motivation to work in the luxury and retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and dynamism.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and agility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
Experience in retail is advantageous.
Degree from a business school or equivalent.
