Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent welcoming experience to clients according to the Maison's standards and guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with clients while guiding them through the boutique.
- Interact with clients while they await sales service.
- Complete the sales service by focusing on product packaging.
- Ensure the Maison's image is maintained according to the prescribed standards.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison by adhering to grooming guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or degree, preferably in a linguistic field.
Skills
- Strong service orientation.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent knowledge of English and another foreign language.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in the events, fashion retail, luxury, or hospitality sectors.
Education Requirements
High school diploma and/or degree, preferably in a linguistic field.
