1. Assist the CRM Project Manager in implementing the global communication strategy for the Parfums Beauté division.
2. Participate in the management of online and offline CRM communication projects worldwide.
3. Manage and share communication assets, including briefing the Artistic Direction on CRM needs such as mailings, emailings, and SMS formats.
4. Prepare support materials and recommendations for asset usage and market segmentation.
5. Receive and distribute CRM tools, verify creative materials, translations, and track URLs.
6. Brief external agencies for HTML creation.
7. Manage and track print assets, including retro-planning, regional coordination, and validation of quantities, languages, and mock-ups.
8. Develop and monitor project schedules.
9. Share and track reporting with key performance indicators.
10. Coordinate daily with local CRM contacts across various markets, including Europe, Asia, the US, and the UK.
11. Understand specific communication challenges per market and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Artistic Direction, International Marketing, E-business, and Media.
12. Conduct CRM monitoring and analysis.
