1. Assist the CRM Project Manager in executing the global beauty communication strategy for makeup and skincare.
2. Manage CRM communication projects both online and offline worldwide, including the development of CRM tools such as mailings, emailings, SMS, and other formats.
3. Prepare presentation materials for CRM tools and usage recommendations for various markets.
4. Receive and distribute CRM tools, ensuring creative verification, translation receipt, and URL tracking.
5. Coordinate HTML email integration with an agency.
6. Oversee production of print CRM tools, including validation of quantities, versions, and final PDFs.
7. Consolidate campaign KPIs into comprehensive reports.
8. Coordinate daily with local CRM contacts across Europe, Asia, the US, and the UK to address ongoing project needs and local requests.
9. Understand market-specific communication challenges and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Artistic Direction, International Marketing, E-business, Media, and Social Media.
10. Conduct CRM monitoring and analysis.

Previous experience in CRM is preferred.
