Chanel CRM Client Insights Assistant

- Implement and continuously improve CRM campaign reporting, including the creation of 360° dashboards and sharing results with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance to refine targeting strategies and construct quarterly and event-specific campaign reports.
- Determine and manage shared KPIs for the customer engagement team and set annual CRM performance objectives.
- Lead client reporting, analysis, and result tracking to enhance continuous improvement.
- Conduct ad-hoc client-centric analyses, such as cross-sell and purchase journey evaluations.
- Share weekly, quarterly, and annual performance reports highlighting client recruitment, retention, and cross-sell challenges.
- Monitor CRM gift generosity forecasts and follow-ups.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects in data capture.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) from a business or engineering school.
- Analytical experience, ideally in CRM, or an internship as a business analyst in operational marketing, operations, or finance.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in PowerBi is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent organizational, autonomous, and listening skills.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Analytical experience in CRM or a related field, or a business analyst internship in marketing, operations, or finance.
Advanced degree (Bac +5) from a business or engineering school.
