Chanel CRM Campaign Project Manager Assistant Internship

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Activation, and Production to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Participate in weekly activity review meetings and provide status updates on ongoing and upcoming tasks.
- Assist in planning and scheduling CRM campaigns for the three divisions: Fragrance & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fashion.
- Contribute to campaign production planning and update campaign management tools.
- Draft briefs and collaborate with Activation Consultants for CRM campaign setup with dedicated customer database segmentation.
- Work with production partners on HTML integration to ensure accurate email rendering across various devices and clients.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to verify content, links, and dynamic elements.
- Follow the BAT process to ensure final campaign approval before launch.
- Assist in the sending process and monitor campaign execution.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Marketing and CRM with basic knowledge of email marketing principles and customer segmentation.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in marketing and CRM is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business, or a related field.
Interns will receive mentorship and training from experienced professionals, providing opportunities to develop technical and marketing skills in CRM campaign management.
