- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Activation, Production) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Participate in weekly activity follow-up meetings.
- Provide updates on the status of ongoing and upcoming tasks.
- Assist in planning and managing the CRM campaign calendar for three divisions.
- Contribute to the planning of campaign productions.
- Update campaign management tools.
- Draft briefs and collaborate with Activation Consultants to implement CRM campaigns with dedicated targeting.
- Work with production partners for HTML integration and ensure proper email display across devices and email clients.
- Conduct tests and quality assurance (QA) checks to verify content, links, and dynamic elements.
- Follow the BAT (Bon à Tirer) process to ensure final approval before campaign launch.
- Ensure smooth execution of the campaign sending process.
- Currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business, or a related field, with an interest in the luxury sector.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing principles and customer segmentation.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in Marketing and CRM is essential.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
