- Assist in the operational management of CRM campaigns, including participation in weekly meetings for campaign implementation and activity tracking.
- Update and maintain campaign management tracking tools, ensuring timely campaign launches and production planning.
- Oversee CRM campaign production in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including production briefing, asset management, and validation processes.
- Conduct post-launch CRM campaign reporting to assess impact using tools such as Adobe Campaign, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
- Engage daily with diverse stakeholders, including global and regional CRM teams, Data Marketing, and production teams.
- Learn and utilize key tools such as JIRA, Adobe Campaign, and Google Analytics.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in business school, university, or equivalent, with a keen interest in luxury and Marketing/CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Pragmatic and methodical approach.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in luxury marketing and CRM is essential.
Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Bac +4/5).
Compensation provided for the duration of the internship.
