- Coordinate the operational management of CRM campaigns, including participation in weekly meetings for campaign planning and activity tracking.
- Update and maintain campaign management tracking tools, ensuring timely launch dates and production schedules.
- Oversee the production of CRM campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including production briefing, asset management, and validation processes.
- Conduct post-launch reporting to analyze campaign impact using tools such as Adobe Campaign, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
- Engage with various stakeholders, including global and regional CRM teams, Data Marketing, and production units, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in business school, university, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated interest in the luxury sector and CRM/Marketing.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with a pragmatic and methodical approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in luxury marketing and CRM is essential.
Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Bac +4/5).
