- Coordinate the management and rollout of CRM projects across three divisions and diverse markets, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.
- Optimize regional processes and governance to enhance project efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
- Structure and monitor client KPIs to evaluate CRM initiative performance, deploying tools, platforms, and methodologies effectively.
- Facilitate a user community by sharing best practices, developing training modules, and implementing feedback loops.
- Conduct data analysis and performance measurement, creating reports and dashboards to track client KPIs.
- Develop CRM strategies based on client priorities and business objectives, employing segmentation and scoring for improved targeting.
- Establish methodologies for measuring CRM activation performance, including online and offline channels.
- Oversee the implementation of clienteling strategies and ensure high-quality customer care through best practice sharing.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Data, Digital Project Management, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel flows and digital customer journeys.
- Project management expertise.
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
