- Assist in developing and implementing the client strategy plan in alignment with European and market priorities.
- Coordinate with various teams including Watches & Fine Jewelry Europe, global division teams, and CRM teams.
- Set up communication tools such as EDM, print, SMS, and clienteling assets.
- Manage CRM tool orders.
- Contribute to data analysis for client knowledge improvement, including campaign reports and client KPIs.
- Participate in building and animating the Watches & Fine Jewelry CRM community.
- Currently completing higher education.
- Preferably one strong experience in client and/or data analytics.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Pragmatic and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Positive mindset and strong team player.
