Chanel CRM Analysis & Client Engagement Intern

- Assist in developing and implementing the client strategy plan in alignment with European and market priorities.
- Coordinate with various teams including Watches & Fine Jewelry Europe, global division teams, Europe Fashion and F&B CRM teams, IT, Data, Digital & Innovation teams.
- Set up operational communication tools such as EDM, print, and assets in the clienteling tool.
- Contribute to the creation of briefs for the Watches & Fine Jewelry division and Europe Artistic Direction.
- Enhance access to client knowledge through data analysis, including campaign reports, client KPIs, and competition benchmarks.
- Participate in building and animating the Watches & Fine Jewelry CRM community with division and markets.
- Support markets and the division with client data and insights needs.
- Currently completing higher education with a strong experience in client and/or data analytics preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Pragmatic and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Agility and proactivity in managing multiple projects and last-minute changes.
Previous experience in client and/or data analytics is preferred.
Currently completing higher education.
