- Enhance client knowledge for Fashion boutiques across Europe.
- Support over 60 boutiques in Europe with client engagement strategies.
- Develop and implement CRM and communication plans for Europe.
- Coordinate digital and offline CRM campaigns in collaboration with various divisions and markets.
- Manage internal CRM provider for operational campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign results and identify best practices to refine strategies.
- Oversee CRM tool orders for the European region, including mailings and brochures.
- Support European markets with retail orchestration and one-to-one clienteling tools.
- Assist in creating strategic presentations for the European Marketing Direction and CRM Committees.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and analyze email strategies of other brands.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or University, pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5).
- Previous successful experience in Client Marketing and/or CRM.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Adobe Campaign and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
A proven track record in client marketing or CRM is essential.
Master's degree in progress from a Business School or University.
