Creative Operations Project Assistant Intern

1. Assist project managers in overseeing 360° campaigns (print, point of sale, digital)
2. Manage different phases of communication campaigns from briefing to online launch
3. Create 360° Communication Books compiling all creative assets of a campaign
4. Consolidate information and follow up with various stakeholders
5. Prepare presentations using PowerPoint
6. Monitor international campaign deployment
7. Localize and deliver assets
8. Validate previews before online release
9. Manage additional market requests
10. Conduct competitive and technological monitoring
11. Participate in discussions on digital ecosystem functionality improvements

1. Higher education in university or business school
2. Autonomous, curious, and meticulous
3. Recognized for organizational skills and ability to anticipate and take initiative
4. Enjoy teamwork and have good interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in English and computer tools (excellent command of PowerPoint/Keynote and digital tools)

1. Good knowledge of digital (journeys, social media, media, usage)
2. Artistic curiosity and aesthetic sense

Internship for 6 months starting in July 2025
