1. Develop creative concepts for window displays, point of sale materials, and events.
2. Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand artistic vision and technical needs.
3. Research industry trends and propose innovative creative solutions.
4. Identify and propose suitable suppliers for project development.
5. Create comprehensive creative briefs for suppliers.
6. Serve as the point of contact for suppliers to ensure material samples and prototype production.
7. Develop detailed schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
8. Ensure the quality of project development.
9. Create detailed technical guidelines for international markets.
10. Provide regular reports to management and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
12. Maintain the point of sale materials catalog and 3D library.

1. Degree in architecture, space design, or product design.
2. Significant experience in creative development, preferably in a design office or luxury brand.

1. Proficiency in 3D software (SketchUp/Layout, Keyshot, Rhino).
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Fluent in English.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Excellent relational and adaptability skills.
6. Artistic sensitivity and attention to detail.

Significant experience in creative development, ideally within a design office or luxury brand.
