Chanel Creative Development Project Manager

- Develop creative concepts for window displays, point-of-sale materials, and events, incorporating material explorations and prototype creation while considering budgetary, timeline, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand the artistic vision and technical requirements of each project.
- Conduct industry trend research and propose innovative creative solutions to enhance projects and anticipate potential challenges.
- Identify and propose suitable suppliers for project development.
- Create comprehensive creative briefs to effectively communicate creative and technical expectations to suppliers.
- Serve as the primary contact for suppliers to ensure the creation and/or sourcing of material samples and the production of full-scale models and prototypes.
- Develop detailed project timelines to ensure adherence to set deadlines.
- Ensure the quality of project development.
- Create detailed technical guidelines to assist international markets in implementing projects consistently with the creative vision.
- Provide regular reports to management and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure efficient coordination.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigorous organization, ensuring quality and attention to detail for each.
- Maintain the point-of-sale materials catalog and the 3D library (point-of-sale materials, windows, and boutiques).
- Degree in architecture, spatial design, or product design.
- Significant experience in creative development, ideally within a design office or luxury brand.
- Proficiency in 3D software (SketchUp/Layout, Keyshot, and Rhino) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills.
- Artistic sensitivity and attention to detail.
Significant experience in creative development, ideally within a design office or luxury brand.
Degree in architecture, spatial design, or product design.
