1. Assist the Head of Packaging and Gifting Creation in creative projects related to packaging and client gifts, both permanent and event-based.
2. Engage in all project phases from conception to development, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
3. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, proposing innovative ideas for exclusive objects and packaging while respecting Chanel's brand codes.
4. Develop detailed proposals, mock-ups, sketches, renderings, and material inspiration boards.
5. Oversee project progress from design to production, creating plans, 3D models, and prototypes, and collaborate closely with the Purchasing team.
6. Maintain direct contact with external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, including attending meetings, monitoring production, and adjusting prototypes.
7. Conduct market trend analysis in gifting and packaging, and perform regular competitive intelligence.
8. Contribute to both the Gifting and Packaging Axes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Applied Arts, or a related field.
2. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D modeling software such as Rhino.
2. Experience with Keyshot is advantageous.
3. Creativity, curiosity, and teamwork skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in English for international communication.

1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field is expected.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Applied Arts, or a related field.
