1. Conduct creative trend monitoring across various domains such as fashion, culture, sports, design, and technology to inspire makeup product creation and storytelling.
2. Research and analyze beauty-specific trends on social media, focusing on usage and looks, to inform regular team reporting.
3. Perform ad-hoc iconographic, semantic, and heritage research to support the development of future creative concepts.
4. Participate proactively in creative brainstorming sessions and propose innovative ideas.

1. Pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field with a strong understanding of brand strategy and symbolism.

1. Strong creative thinking and aesthetic sensitivity within the luxury and beauty sectors.
2. Interest in beauty, digital trends, and research in macroeconomics and social sciences.
3. Ability to work independently with creativity and strong writing skills.
4. Understanding of confidentiality in a professional setting.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
