- Develop and implement strategic visions for processes within the division and across markets.
- Coordinate investigations following market alerts and manage resulting action plans.
- Lead process reviews and continuous improvement projects based on market feedback.
- Create a roadmap for streamlined, effective, and actionable processes for all stakeholders.
- Inform internal and external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities when necessary, about incidents and measures taken.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through process evolution in line with applicable standards.
- Participate in team dynamics within the QHSE department and contribute to overarching objectives.
- Manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders, working transversally.
- Oversee the organization of KPI collection and reporting processes.
- Support the development of a team of 7 to 8 experts and project managers in cosmetovigilance and customer complaints.
- Master's degree in cosmetovigilance, pharmaceutical sciences, or quality management.
- Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong regulatory expertise.
- Proficiency in audit tools and quality control methods.
- Ability to analyze incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Excellent client relationship management and professional complaint handling.
- Rigorous, structured, and methodical approach to complex quality and surveillance issues.
- Analytical and synthesis skills to gather information from diverse sources.
- Empathetic listening skills to understand complaints and alerts.
- Collaborative spirit accustomed to working in a matrix organization.
- Reassuring and reliable managerial skills.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar role, ideally within the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industries.
Master's degree in cosmetovigilance, pharmaceutical sciences, or quality management.
