1. Develop and implement strategic visions for processes within the division and across markets.
2. Coordinate investigations following market alerts and manage resulting action plans.
3. Lead process reviews and continuous improvement projects based on market feedback.
4. Create a roadmap for streamlined, effective, and actionable processes for all stakeholders.
5. Inform internal and external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities when necessary, about incidents and measures taken.
6. Ensure regulatory compliance through process evolution in line with applicable standards.
7. Participate in team dynamics within the QHSE department and contribute to overarching objectives.
8. Manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders, working transversally.
9. Oversee the organization of KPI collection and reporting processes.
10. Support the development of a team of 7 to 8 experts and project managers in cosmetovigilance and customer complaints.

1. Master's degree in cosmetovigilance, pharmaceutical sciences, or quality management.
2. Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical sector.
3. Strong regulatory expertise.

1. Proficiency in audit tools and quality control methods.
2. Ability to analyze incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
3. Excellent client relationship management and professional complaint handling.
4. Rigorous, structured, and methodical approach to complex quality and surveillance issues.
5. Analytical and synthesis skills to gather information from diverse sources.
6. Empathetic listening skills to understand complaints and alerts.
7. Collaborative spirit accustomed to working in a matrix organization.
8. Reassuring and reliable managerial skills.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar role, ideally within the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industries.
