1. Develop opportunities and supervise Chanel Beauty and Fragrance installations in the designated store.
2. Achieve sales targets for Chanel Fragrance and Beauty products.
3. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat sales.
4. Develop and motivate the counter team to meet sales objectives.
5. Coordinate events and promotions in collaboration with the territory manager and store.
6. Maintain Chanel's hygiene standards and participate in store merchandising.
7. Manage inventory for Beauty and Fragrance products.
8. Assist the Cosmetics Manager in organizing work schedules.

Experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector, is required.
