1. Achieve annual sales targets for Chanel Beauty and Fragrances.
2. Implement proactive sales initiatives to exceed objectives.
3. Ensure 100% sales on promotions and limited edition items.
4. Deliver superior customer service with genuine interest and courtesy.
5. Conduct personalized consultations to enhance customer loyalty and repeat sales.
6. Develop and motivate the counter team to achieve sales goals.
7. Participate in the training and development of sales team members.
8. Coordinate event details with the territory manager and store to ensure successful promotions.
9. Maintain Chanel's hygiene standards and participate in in-store merchandising.
10. Manage inventory for Beauty and Fragrances, ensuring optimal stock levels.
11. Support the Cosmetics Manager in organizing work schedules for adequate counter coverage.
12. Participate in regular meetings with the counter team, store managers, and visual presentation team.
13. Communicate sales objectives to fragrance associates and conduct team meetings to align goals.

1. Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within the luxury beauty sector.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

1. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in sales techniques and inventory management.
3. Ability to coordinate events and promotions effectively.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail sales environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

High school diploma or equivalent.
