1. Lead and develop a team of counter staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Ensure the optimal presentation and representation of the Chanel brand at the counter.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
4. Execute sales strategies and promotional activities effectively at the counter.
5. Serve as the primary liaison with store management to ensure seamless operations.
6. Oversee all administrative tasks to ensure smooth counter operations.

1. Successfully completed retail training or equivalent education.
2. Several years of leadership experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.

1. Strong enthusiasm for high-level service and consultation.
2. Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
3. Numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
4. Passion for beauty and luxury products.
5. Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office.
6. Excellent command of German and English.

Several years of leadership experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.

Successfully completed retail training or equivalent education.
