1. Lead and develop a team of counter staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Ensure and enhance the customer journey at the Chanel Parfums & Beauté counter.
3. Optimize brand representation and visual merchandising.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
5. Execute sales initiatives and promotions effectively.
6. Serve as the primary liaison with the Douglas store management.
7. Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of all necessary administrative tasks.

1. Successfully completed retail training or equivalent education.
2. Several years of leadership experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.

1. Passion for high-level service and consultation.
2. Enthusiasm for leadership and team development.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
4. Fascination with beauty and luxury products.
5. Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office.
6. Fluency in German and English.

Several years of leadership experience in sales, ideally within the beauty sector.

Completed retail training or equivalent education.
