1. Lead and develop a team member at the Chanel Parfums & Beauté counter.
2. Ensure and enhance the customer experience to reflect the Chanel brand.
3. Optimize the presentation and representation of the Chanel brand.

5. Execute sales initiatives and promotional activities at the counter.
6. Serve as the point of contact for Galeria Kaufhof store management.
7. Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of all necessary administrative tasks.

1. Successfully completed retail training.
2. Several years of experience in a leadership role within the sales sector, ideally in the beauty industry.

3. Affinity for working with numbers.
4. Fascination with beauty and luxury.
5. Digital proficiency and adeptness with MS Office.
6. Excellent German and English language skills.

Several years of experience in a leadership role within the sales sector, ideally in the beauty industry.
