1. Lead and develop a team of counter staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Ensure and enhance the customer experience at the Chanel Parfums & Beauté counter.
3. Optimize brand presentation and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
5. Execute sales initiatives and promotional activities effectively.
6. Serve as the primary liaison with the Douglas store management.
7. Oversee all necessary administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

1. Successful completion of a retail apprenticeship or equivalent education.
2. Several years of leadership experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.

1. Strong enthusiasm for high-level service and customer consultation.
2. Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
3. Numerical proficiency and analytical skills.
4. Passion for beauty and luxury products.
5. Digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
6. Excellent German and English language skills.

Several years of leadership experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry, is required.

Successful completion of a retail apprenticeship or equivalent education.
