1. Collect and analyze information and documents for the European Product Information Files (DIP).
2. Update the DIP in accordance with regulatory changes and enhance document acquisition processes.
3. Notify products on the European Commission's online portal.
4. Prepare, gather, and share regulatory export dossiers with local partners.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the formalization of guides and procedures.
6. Engage in communication activities with internal partners.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or Quality Management.

1. Strong initiative and ability to propose innovative solutions.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in English (reading and writing) for market interactions.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Relevant experience in a regulatory or quality assurance role within the cosmetics or related industry is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Quality Management.
