1. Draft corporate legal documents including minutes, reports, and intercompany agreements.
2. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Compliance program, including drafting procedures, conducting training, risk mapping, and third-party due diligence.
3. Prepare legal correspondence, memos, and meeting summaries.
4. Conduct legal research.

1. Advanced degree in Law (equivalent to Bac+5).
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department (internship or professional contract).
3. Expertise in Corporate Law, Business Law, Contract Law, Business Criminal Law, and Compliance.

1. Exceptional organizational skills.
2. Meticulous attention to detail.
3. Strong team collaboration abilities.
4. Fluency in English is essential.

A successful initial experience in a legal setting, either in a law firm or corporate legal department, is required.

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
