1. Assist in the coordination of rights for Parfums Beauté campaigns.
2. Support production teams in negotiations to centralize information on copyright and image rights.
3. Draft and send purchase orders for models involved in campaigns and fashion shows.
4. Prepare notifications to trigger campaign rights for photographers, models, and music.
5. Draft and send non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
6. Create documents related to the management of framework contracts.
7. Participate in the management and tracking of rights, collaborating with the legal department.
8. Monitor copyright and image rights, including music, in collaboration with budget managers and accounting.
9. Coordinate rights renewal requests with marketing teams and the ADBOX database manager.

1. Master's degree in a relevant field (Bac +5).
2. Good knowledge of copyright and intellectual property rights.

3. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in English (written and spoken).
5. Proficient in IT tools.

Candidates should possess initial professional experience in a related field.

Master's degree (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
