1. Oversee the contractualization and clearance processes for event and partnership projects.
2. Complete contract matrices and purchase orders for partnerships and sponsorships related to arts, fashion exhibitions, cinema, dance, and literature.
3. Ensure SACEM declarations for event activations are submitted to the legal department.
4. Monitor contract signature timelines and follow up on billing as necessary.
5. Manage clearance processes for the Literary Rendezvous at Rue Cambon program, including tracking rights and exploitation periods.
6. Identify and consolidate elements requiring clearance and brief the responsible agency.
7. Coordinate and share information with relevant departments such as legal, narrative, and content production.
8. Formalize contractual exchanges between project managers and legal teams.
9. Handle billing related to clearance requests with agencies and rights holders.

1. Advanced degree in law with experience in audiovisual rights management.

1. Expertise in contract law and intellectual property.
2. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in both English and French.

At least one prior experience in audiovisual rights management is required.

Advanced degree in law.
