1. Manage the contractualization and clearances for event and partnership projects.
2. Complete contract matrices and purchase orders for partnerships and sponsorships related to arts, fashion exhibitions, cinema, dance, and literature.
3. Handle SACEM declarations for event activations with the legal department.
4. Ensure adherence to contract signing schedules and follow up on billing as necessary.
5. Oversee rights clearances for the literary program 'Rendez-vous littéraires rue Cambon'.
6. Identify and consolidate elements for clearance.
7. Brief the agency responsible for clearances and ensure timely requests for project execution.
8. Coordinate and share information with relevant departments (legal, narration, content production, etc.).
9. Formalize contractual feedback and exchanges between project managers and legal teams.
10. Manage billing related to clearance requests with the agency and rights holders.

1. Higher education in law.
2. At least one experience in audiovisual rights management.

1. Knowledge of contract law and intellectual property.
2. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Fluent in English and French.
