- Analyze logistical flows to identify challenges and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Optimize work processes to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop indicators and metrics to support business decision-making and disseminate LEAN production principles within the site.
- Ensure planned improvements are implemented, measured, and aligned with operational results.
- Map processes and create functional documentation.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating performance improvement projects by monitoring relevant KPIs to ensure productivity goals and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and operators to prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Provide training and coaching on Lean concepts and tools, becoming the sponsor and reference point for a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support the Project Manager in managing projects serving Chanel Coordination clients.
- Facilitate Chanel Coordination's Responsible Transformation by contributing to strategic projects at the Vittuone site.
- Identify challenges and design actions for continuous improvement across all organizational levels to optimize work processes and maximize client service.
- Implement and disseminate best practices based on industry benchmarking.
- Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Fluency in at least one language: French or English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within logistics and/or industrial sectors
- Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or LEAN Certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
- Participative and technical leadership
- Ability to create synergies among process stakeholders
- Cross-functional relational skills to address diverse interlocutors
- Dynamism and proactivity
- Proven influencing skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proximity to field activities and personnel

A minimum of 5 years in similar roles within logistics and/or industrial sectors is required.
Degree in Engineering or Economics
