1. Analyze logistical flows to identify challenges and propose continuous improvement actions.
2. Optimize work processes to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
3. Develop indicators and metrics to support business decision-making and disseminate LEAN production principles within the site.
4. Ensure planned improvements are implemented, measured, and aligned with operational results.
5. Map processes and create functional documentation.
6. Support the Project Manager in coordinating performance improvement projects by monitoring relevant KPIs to ensure productivity goals and cost reduction.
7. Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and operators to prioritize improvement opportunities.
8. Provide training and coaching on Lean concepts and tools, becoming the sponsor and reference point for a culture of continuous improvement.
9. Support the Project Manager in managing projects serving Chanel Coordination clients.
10. Facilitate Chanel Coordination's Responsible Transformation by contributing to strategic projects at the Vittuone site.
11. Identify challenges and design actions for continuous improvement across all organizational levels to optimize work processes and maximize client service.
12. Implement and disseminate best practices based on industry benchmarking.

1. Degree in Engineering or Economics
2. Fluency in at least one language: French or English
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within logistics and/or industrial sectors
4. Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or LEAN Certification preferred
