1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in project management methodologies.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and techniques.

No prior professional experience required, though previous internship experience in project management or process improvement is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
