Chanel Continuous Improvement Engineer

- Lead and manage the continuous improvement initiatives within the production unit.
- Oversee transformation and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational excellence.
- Monitor and animate the overall performance of the unit through technical data and performance indicators.
- Ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of proposed actions and solutions.
- Support production teams in developing and implementing standards on the ground.
- Conduct regular audits of processes and assist teams in identifying causes of industrial underperformance.
- Participate in the development of corrective actions and proposals for production tool evolution.
- Contribute to economic justification studies for proposed investments and solutions.
- Guide production teams in skill development using Lean Manufacturing tools and methods.
- Engineering degree or equivalent university education, preferably with experience in process optimization or transformation project management.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (5S, SMED, Kaizen, etc.) and performance tracking indicators (OEE, productivity).
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication skills, and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as PowerBI.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams.
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in project management related to process optimization or transformation in a production environment is preferred.
Engineering degree or equivalent university education.
