Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the continuous improvement initiatives for the production unit.
- Oversee transformation and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational excellence.
- Monitor and animate the overall performance of the unit through technical data and performance indicators.
- Ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of proposed actions.
- Support production teams in developing and implementing standards.
- Conduct regular audits of processes.
- Assist teams in identifying causes of industrial underperformance.
- Participate in the development of corrective actions and proposals for production tool evolution.
- Contribute to economic justification studies for proposed investments and solutions.
- Guide the production teams in skill development on Lean Manufacturing tools and methods.
Qualifications
- Engineering or university degree, preferably with experience in project management for process optimization or transformation.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methods (5S, SMED, Kaizen, etc.) and performance tracking indicators (OEE, productivity).
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong listening and facilitation skills, recognized leadership, and communication abilities with various stakeholders.
- Field and result-oriented, capable of initiative and coaching teams in optimization actions.
- Interest in digital tools like PowerBI.

Experience Requirements
