Chanel Continuous Improvement Engineer

- Lead and manage the continuous improvement initiatives within the production unit.
- Oversee transformation and improvement projects to enhance operational excellence.
- Monitor and animate the overall performance of the unit through the development and updating of technical data and performance indicators.
- Ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of proposed actions through validation and result indicators.
- Support production teams in the development and implementation of standards on the ground.
- Conduct regular audits of processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Assist teams in identifying causes of industrial underperformance and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions.
- Participate in economic justification studies for proposed investments and solutions.
- Guide production teams in adopting Lean Manufacturing tools and methods.
- Engineering degree or university education, preferably with experience in project management for process optimization or transformation.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methods such as 5S, SMED, and Kaizen.
- Familiarity with performance tracking indicators like OEE and productivity metrics.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as PowerBI.
Experience in project management related to process optimization or production transformation is preferred.
Engineering degree or equivalent university education.
