Chanel Content and Social Media Project Manager

- Lead the development and execution of makeup campaign briefs and propose innovative pilot projects.
- Collaborate on the orchestration and operational implementation of key campaign activations, including presentation recommendations and reporting.
- Oversee the deployment and execution excellence of social media campaigns (organic and paid) for the Fragrance & Beauty division.
- Analyze makeup campaign results and provide key insights and recommendations for future campaigns and projects.
- Contribute to the creation and management of the editorial calendar.
- Develop and implement cross-functional content strategies for the makeup division, from briefing to execution and reporting.
- Participate in the development of points of view on various social platforms to refine franchise strategies.
- Work closely with key regions and markets, particularly in Asia, to integrate local platforms into the division's strategy.
- Collaborate with the team and partners to create inspiring case studies for internal sharing.
- Manage content that animates social media channels alongside institutional campaigns, including the Beauty Program.
- Coordinate content amplification across digital touchpoints such as chanel.com, CRM, and e-retail.
- Brief global and local content needs to the Artistic Direction teams.
- Manage projects related to event beauty coverage and beauty backstages at fashion shows.
- Govern social media publisher content.
- Participate in regional and market meetings and contribute to team operations.
- Manage and mentor a junior project manager and an intern.
- Optimize paid social trafficking processes, including regionalization and media team coordination.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field (Bac +4/+5).
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency or brand, preferably in B2C and international brands with strong image-driven communities.
- Strong expertise in social media, with comprehensive knowledge of global platforms, including Asian markets.
- Creative sensitivity combined with strong international coordination expertise.
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.

4-5 years in a similar role within an agency or brand, focusing on B2C and international brands with strong image-driven communities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field (Bac +4/+5).
