Chanel Content and Press Experience Assistant

- Assist the Content and Press Experience Manager in daily tasks related to content creation and press experiences.
- Conduct proofreading, fact-checking, and text editing.
- Manage and track translations, editing, and text layout.
- Prepare editorial briefs and manage contracts with writers, including NDAs and purchase orders.
- Transcribe and perform initial editing of interviews with celebrities and artists.
- Assist in preparing presentations for markets and press officers.
- Develop annual e-lookbooks in collaboration with the press tools assistant.
- Conduct regular monitoring and research in fashion and other sectors such as beauty, art, and food to identify new authors, angles, editorial topics, communication supports, formats, and tones.
- Conduct preparatory research for writing and synthesize findings.
- Draft training texts and materials for markets.
- Update and synthesize interviews with the brand's spokespersons and press reviews.
- Support the team in responding to various daily requests from coordinators and press officers, including fact-checking and sending texts or quotes.
- Assist in drafting and formatting the press experience catalog for markets and press officers.
- Regularly monitor events, experiences, and locations in fashion and other sectors.
- Currently enrolled in a communication, journalism, or business school, such as CELSA, with strong writing skills.
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury, and industry trends, with a keen sense of curiosity and continuous monitoring.
- Possess a strong cultural, artistic, and visual awareness.
- Exhibit seriousness, availability, high rigor, concentration, and discretion.
- Proficiency in English and good knowledge of computer tools, particularly PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in an editorial or writing service is highly appreciated.
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing writing and creative skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and other relevant software.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in an editorial or writing service is highly appreciated.
Currently enrolled in a communication, journalism, or business school.
