- Assist in the budgeting process for headcount and salary review campaigns.
- Conduct salary surveys across the Watch and Jewelry Division.
- Analyze internal and external benchmarks.
- Participate in the management of HR performance through KPI analysis and monitoring.
- Contribute to discussions on workforce and organizational development.
- Engage in competitive intelligence and trend monitoring in Compensation and Benefits.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or pursuing a degree in Human Resources or equivalent at a Bac +4/5 level, with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits.
- Minimum of 6 months of significant experience in human resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Ability to prioritize and exercise sound judgment.
- Familiarity with Workday and Power BI is advantageous.
A minimum of 6 months of significant experience in human resources, with prior exposure to Compensation and Benefits being advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or human resources at a Bac +4/5 level.
