Chanel Communication Strategy Lead

- Develop and enhance the communication strategy for major product launches within the division.
- Define communication objectives and frameworks, ensuring alignment with regional business challenges and local ecosystems.
- Collaborate with International Marketing, Brand Engagement & Influence, and CEC experts in Media, CRM, Social Media, and E-business to create comprehensive 360° communication models.
- Propose innovative offline and online activations to amplify campaign impact.
- Oversee the entire campaign process from briefing to deployment, ensuring seamless execution.
- Identify and recommend improvements to Chanel's communication model based on past campaign analyses.
- Lead strategic discussions and prepare presentations for key annual meetings and initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, BEI, Artistic Direction, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive and impactful communication actions.
- Utilize market analysis and consumer data to inform strategic decisions.
- 10-12 years of experience in Strategic Planning and/or Communication, ideally with a hybrid luxury house and agency background.
- Deep expertise in communication strategy, particularly within the luxury and beauty sectors.
- Strong consumer data analysis, market research, and trend analysis skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously and coordinate within CEC.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and drive projects forward.
- Analytical and synthesis skills to transform diverse information into innovative recommendations.
- Reliability, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
10-12 years in Strategic Planning and/or Communication, with a focus on luxury and beauty sectors.
