1. Coordinate local activations at points of sale in collaboration with Trade Marketing teams.
2. Manage operational follow-up with field teams and oversee activation bookings.
3. Develop reporting matrices and comprehensive summaries.
4. Conduct business analyses and operational reviews.
5. Propose and implement tools to support sales force and optimize processes.
6. Serve as a liaison between field teams and headquarters for operational tools.
7. Track and assist with improvements and troubleshooting of field tools.
8. Manage a news feed to highlight field achievements to headquarters and cross-functional teams.
9. Contribute to the monthly construction of performance reports using PowerBI and Excel.
10. Assist in the creation of weekly newsletters for field teams.
11. Participate in the development of analyses and presentations for sales force seminars.
12. Support the organization of Wholesale Committee meetings.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5.
2. Strong interest in field operations and a good understanding of the Parfums Beauté sector.

1. Dynamic and excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Recognized for rigor, organization, and service orientation.
3. Strong numerical aptitude and synthesis capabilities.
4. Proficient in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

No specific professional experience required, but a keen interest in the beauty and luxury sectors is advantageous.

Pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5.
