1. Coordinate local wholesale activations with Trade Marketing teams.
2. Manage operational follow-up with field teams and activation bookings.
3. Create reporting matrices and global summaries.
4. Conduct business analyses and operation reviews with Trade teams.
5. Develop and implement sales support tools and process optimizations.
6. Consolidate and prioritize information for Wholesale and Department Store teams.
7. Construct and send weekly newsletters.
8. Manage and update a news feed to highlight field achievements.
9. Build B2B quota models and track orders and allocations.
10. Send monthly allocations in coordination with Merchandising.
11. Create consumption tracking reports for field teams.
12. Manage operational deadlines for France Managers.
13. Serve as the primary contact for field teams on specific topics.
14. Participate in the preparation of analyses and presentations for sales seminars.
15. Act as the operational contact for Yoobic for field teams.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree (BAC+4/BAC+5) with a strong interest in the field.
2. Good understanding of the Perfumes and Beauty industry.

1. Dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.
2. Recognized for rigor, organization, and service orientation.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
4. Proficient in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

No specific experience required, but an interest in the Perfumes and Beauty industry is essential.

Pursuing a higher education degree (BAC+4/BAC+5).

Includes an integration program with training on the history and products of Chanel, opportunities to deepen retail knowledge, and develop communication skills. Participation in a Young Talent Community for professional networking.
