Chanel Collections Project Assistant Intern — Styling Development

- Support project management of seasonal collections within the Styling Development department by tracking timelines, sample flows and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activity between design, technical, production, sourcing and atelier teams to ensure timely progression of samples and fittings.
- Organize and attend fittings; capture fit and styling notes, log actions and follow up to completion with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update project documentation, calendars and presentation materials for internal reviews and show preparations.
- Assist in preparing styling assets for lookbooks, presentations and rehearsals; help manage trim/fabric tracking and basic quality checks.
- Liaise with external ateliers and suppliers to monitor sample status, shipping and compliance with specifications.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in fashion design, product development, fashion business or a related discipline and available for an internship beginning July 2026.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative mindset and professional discretion when handling confidential materials.
- Practical interest in garment construction, fittings and styling processes, with a sound working vocabulary of product development.

Entry‑level internship: candidates may have prior internships or academic project experience in fashion, styling or product development but no specific length of professional experience is required.
Enrolled in a tertiary program (Bachelor's or Master's) in fashion design, product development, fashion management or a related field; internship placement required by the academic program preferred.
