Chanel Collection Coordinator

- Construct and optimize collection timelines in collaboration with internal teams and manufacturers.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and coordinate teams and partners to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Oversee collection documents, including boards, material sheets, and craftsmanship details.
- Facilitate coordination between divisions for developments, such as color ranges and materials.
- Manage preparation and updates for collection events, including pre-edition, edition, and final review.
- Organize the showroom and collection interim staff, ensuring necessary information is available for opening.
- Address product non-conformities with manufacturers and industrialization teams.
- Track collection expenses and ensure budget adherence.
- Conduct quantitative analyses and collection reporting.
- Maintain and update analysis tools and indicators.
- Assist in internal and manufacturer collection debriefs.
- Gather information and participate in 'Fashion Messages' with training teams.
- Manage ATA carnets for traveling collections and US sets for Act 2.
- Update the materials and trimmings library.
- Act as a legal liaison.
- Previous experience in a similar collection coordination role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other software (PowerPoint, PLM, Power BI).
- Team spirit, precision, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
- Positive energy, a proactive attitude, and a sense of humor.
A minimum of one year in a similar role within collection coordination.
