1. Perform setup and adjustments on CNC machines such as Bumotec S191, Robodrill, and W508.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
3. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using tools like Marcel Aubert, 3D machines, and comparators.
4. Load materials and execute milling and turning operations on jewelry components such as rings, pendants, and bracelets.
5. Replace cutting tools and make necessary corrections.
6. Maintain machines through cleaning, chip spinning, and lubrication as part of first-level maintenance.

1. CFC in Production Mechanics or Bac Pro in Machining.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in CNC machine setup, particularly in milling operations on jewelry pieces.

1. Proficiency in Fanuc CNC controls.
2. Strong command of standard dimensional control tools (micrometer, Marcel Aubert, 3D control).
3. Methodical, meticulous, and conscientious work ethic.
4. Ability to manage priorities effectively.

Experience in the production of watch components using complex 5-axis CNC machines is required.

CFC in Production Mechanics or Bac Pro in Machining.
