Chanel Clienteling and Customer Insights Assistant

- Support the animation of the Clienteling community in Europe through monthly presentations, newsletters, and training documents.
- Monitor and analyze client objectives such as loyalty and recruitment.
- Consolidate user feedback and requirements for boutique clienteling tools.
- Report issues with applications to Digital & IT teams and oversee corrective measures.
- Assist teams during the launch of new functionalities.
- Coordinate the implementation of client gift strategies, including budgeting and order tracking.
- Share key client KPIs monthly with business teams and markets.
- Contribute to monthly reports presenting client insights for Europe and specific markets.
- Support markets and boutiques by creating and sharing client listings for various business needs.
- Participate in the creation of specific client studies to support business initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or University with a focus on Marketing or CRM (Master's level).
- Previous experience in Client Marketing and/or CRM.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a sensitivity to numbers.
- Dynamic, organized, and characterized by responsiveness.
- Meticulous with a strong sense of priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Adobe Campaign and/or Salesforce is a plus.
A successful initial experience in Client Marketing and/or CRM is required.
Master's degree in progress from a Business School or University.
