- Lead client communication plans for product launches, including development of client lists, campaign creation, and reporting for Singapore.
- Guide clienteling intelligence for Indonesia and identify best practices for client touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Marketing Manager to develop a pipeline of clients to T3.
- Align with Regional CRM on formats and manage regional reporting, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
- Guide Marketing Executive in campaign strategy, execution, and analysis for Singapore and Indonesia.
- Streamline campaign execution to drive continuous improvement and establish KPIs for client recruitment and retention.
- Maximize digital tools to automate workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Enhance clienteling via iCoco and support Client Engagement Experts with analytics.
- Collaborate with Communications team for collection orchestration and align with FBP and WFJ Marketing for client targeting.
- Oversee digital tools and processes on CHANEL.com and related platforms, driving digital efficiency.
- Stay ahead of luxury retail and CRM trends to propose and pilot new initiatives.
- Support client engagement events to gain qualitative insights and assist during events.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital platforms such as Salesforce and analytical tools like GA, BI.
