1. Support the Client Strategy and Communication Manager in executing Email and LINE communication strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
2. Collaborate with social media, marketing, and IT teams to plan and implement customer-targeted content using CRM programs.
3. Oversee daily operational tasks, including campaign content management and communication calendar oversight.
4. Coordinate with Client Strategy and Communication Coordinators and Assistants, providing guidance and monitoring tasks.
5. Communicate with local and global marketing teams to share insights and ensure project execution.
6. Monitor budgets and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
7. Optimize campaign execution by managing communication frequency based on data analytics to reduce unsubscribe rates and prevent customer churn.

1. Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level English skills (TOEIC 830+).
2. Experience in digital marketing, digital communication, or CRM-related roles.

1. Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to negotiations and proposals.
2. Hands-on experience with digital marketing, marketing automation tools, and analytics tools.
3. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in digital marketing, digital communication, or CRM-related roles, with luxury industry experience considered a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
