- Manage order processing from receipt to shipment autonomously.
- Update commercial and budgetary reports.
- Maintain order tracking dashboards.
- Administer the Travel Retail sales force database updates.
- Coordinate daily interactions with internal teams such as Marketing and Sales Managers abroad for order and marketing campaign follow-ups.
- Oversee accounting and invoicing processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/ Bac +5) in a relevant field.
- Experience in commercial administration is preferred.
- Strong administrative rigor and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Methodical approach and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in commercial administration is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/ Bac +5) in a relevant field.
