- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects reaching out to Chanel's fashion boutiques via phone or email, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service.
- Liaise with boutique teams to address client inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain qualitative and quantitative tracking of client interactions to ensure optimal response times.
- Master boutique procedures and uphold Chanel's standards for customer experience, including remote sales and after-sales service.
- Identify sensitive cases and escalate them to the Customer Service Manager of La Ligne de la Boutique.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in business or management.
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the retail sector (sales, stock management, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital tools (office software, telephony, applications).
A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
Pursuing higher education in commerce or management.
