- Coordinate between the Client Care center managed by an external provider and Chanel teams including quality, retail, CRM, and product marketing to deliver precise information and impeccable service to clients.
- Monitor and update ongoing client cases using Salesforce, the tool utilized by Client Care advisors.
- Manage the reception of products for handling customer service requests in the Parfums Beauté division.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of case handling quality by ensuring adherence to Chanel's established processes.
- Prepare and lead weekly meetings with the external provider.
- Update procedures with a focus on constant optimization and personalization of client relations.
- Engage in a comprehensive reflection on service and process improvement.
- Upcoming graduate from a Business School or University with a focus on Customer Service and Luxury.
- Fluency in both English and French, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Aptitude for digital tools.
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, responsiveness, and efficiency.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury customer service is essential.
