1. Warmly welcome and greet clients as they enter the boutique.
2. Listen attentively to clients' needs and direct them to available sales advisors.
3. Manage client wait times by distributing online appointment cards and communicating store flow.
4. Recognize and acknowledge regular clients over time.
5. Ensure follow-up with clients waiting for assistance.
6. Offer refreshments and seating to clients during wait times.
7. Collect client contact details for future follow-up.
8. Assist in managing queue and appointment tools.
9. Collaborate with sales managers and advisors to ensure seamless service.
