1. Warmly and elegantly welcome clients as they enter the boutique.
2. Listen attentively to clients' needs and direct them to available sales advisors.
3. Manage client wait times by distributing online appointment cards and communicating store flow.
4. Recognize and acknowledge regular clients over time.
5. Ensure follow-up with clients waiting for assistance, offering refreshments and seating as needed.
6. Take clients' contact details for future communication.
7. Assist with managing appointments and collaborate closely with sales managers and advisors.

1. Currently authorized to live and work in Belgium.

2. Strong sense of service and initiative.
3. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
4. Discretion and professionalism.
5. Proficiency in French, English, and Flemish.

No prior experience required, but a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and customer service is essential.
