1. Develop and disseminate client insights at the boutique level.
2. Monitor client KPIs and conduct client analysis, gathering qualitative data on client profiles and behaviors.
3. Challenge Fashion Advisors on client database quality and serve as the key contact for related topics.
4. Oversee Fashion Advisors' performance on client portfolios through established objectives.
5. Ensure excellence in client experience within boutiques and beyond.
6. Coach boutique teams on delivering the ultimate client experience, in collaboration with client coordinators.
7. Propose improvements to existing services or implement new ones, monitoring adoption and feedback.
8. Promote the 'CHANEL & moi' philosophy and collaborate with the Operations team on after-sales services.
9. Support Fashion Advisors in client portfolio development through personalized communications and gifting.
10. Organize boutique events in collaboration with the local Marketing Manager, defining client targeting strategies.
11. Act as an ambassador of the House during boutique events, coordinating with external partners.
12. Conduct quantitative and qualitative follow-up post-events and manage the marketing budget.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail or Fashion Marketing.
2. Experience in transversal management.
3. Ability to think strategically while being hands-on.
4. Proactive, human-driven, and client-centric approach.
