- Develop and disseminate client insights at the boutique level.
- Monitor client KPIs and conduct client analysis, gathering qualitative data on client profiles and behaviors.
- Challenge Fashion Advisors on client database quality and serve as the key contact for related topics.
- Oversee Fashion Advisors' performance on client portfolios through established objectives.
- Ensure excellence in client experience within boutiques and beyond.
- Coach boutique teams on delivering the ultimate client experience, in collaboration with client coordinators.
- Propose improvements to existing services or implement new ones, monitoring adoption and feedback.
- Promote the 'CHANEL & moi' philosophy and collaborate with the Operations team on after-sales services.
- Support Fashion Advisors in client portfolio development through personalized communications and gifting.
- Organize boutique events in collaboration with the local Marketing Manager, defining client targeting strategies.
- Act as an ambassador of the House during boutique events, coordinating with external partners.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative follow-up post-events and manage the marketing budget.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail or Fashion Marketing.
- Experience in transversal management.
- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on.
- Proactive, human-driven, and client-centric approach.
- Analytical and soft skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Ability to onboard teams and foster collective energy.
- Strong multitasking capabilities.
