Chanel Client Marketing Assistant

- Assist in organizing and executing client events, including vendor follow-ups, phoning, attendance tracking, updating listings, and sending invitations.
- Collect qualitative feedback from clients through vendors.
- Conduct cultural event monitoring.
- Participate in the client loyalty program, including vendor follow-ups, new client integration, and monthly tracking of loyalty actions and performance indicators.
- Analyze client data, including top clients, segmentation, and product lines.
- Manage and track client gift orders and stock.
- Implement and monitor new initiatives to enhance the client experience in-store and through digital tools.
- Support sales and hospitality teams.
- Assist in preparing team briefs and marketing and client activity meetings.
- Conduct competitive analysis on client experience.
- Enrollment in a business school or university with a focus on Retail or Marketing/CRM.
- Previous experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Dynamic and rigorous approach to tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to various tasks.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in IT tools.
A first experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
The position offers an integration program, including training on Chanel's history and products, opportunities to deepen Retail knowledge, and develop communication skills across various European services. Participation in events as part of a Young Talent Community to build a professional network.
