- Assist in organizing and executing client events, including follow-ups with sales staff, managing attendance, and sending invitations.
- Collect qualitative feedback from clients through sales staff.
- Participate in cultural event monitoring.
- Support the client loyalty program, including vendor follow-ups, new client integration, and performance indicator tracking.
- Conduct client analysis, including top clients, segmentation, and product line analysis.
- Manage and track client gift orders and stock.
- Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the client experience in-store and through digital tools.
- Support sales and hospitality teams.
- Assist in preparing team briefs and marketing activity meetings.
- Conduct competitive analysis on client experience.
- Student from a business school or university with initial experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM.
- Interest in fashion and desire to work in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Dynamic and rigorous.
- Versatile and able to work autonomously.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in computer tools.
Initial experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM is required.
Student from a business school or university.
