- Participate in building and consolidating customer knowledge for the French market, promoting a culture of client performance.
- Monitor boutique client performance, including recruitment, retention, and customer segmentation.
- Support monthly reporting and dissemination of results through dashboards and presentations.
- Conduct client analyses related to campaigns, product categories, and events.
- Coordinate communication campaigns with CRM Europe, IT Data Europe, and routing teams.
- Ensure client asset management, targeting, and boutique-specific client listings.
- Consolidate client actions in synergy with Fashion and Fragrance-Beauty divisions.
- Deliver assets across four distribution networks: Horlogerie-Joaillerie, Fashion, Fragrance-Beauty, and Wholesale.
- Analyze EDM/Mailing KPIs to provide targeting recommendations.
- Regularly audit boutique stock levels of gifts and brochures.
- Assist in budget tracking and campaign closure.
- Manage digital communication with 36 wholesale retailers, including campaign transmission and social media monitoring.
- Support article writing and advertisement ordering for retailer magazines.
- Analyze and consolidate post-operation KPIs for social media and editorial recommendations.
- Deploy and audit graphic charter application on retailer websites.
- Enrolled in a business school with a focus on Marketing or Development.
- Previous experience in Operational Marketing or Development.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore the Horlogerie-Joaillerie market.
Previous experience in Operational Marketing or Development is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school.
